The Head of History's Year 12 IB History class was honoured by a visit from Ms Heather Purdie, First Secretary - Policy Delivery, at the British Embassy. Heather visited Campion on 15th February and spoke to the Year 12 group about her work as a diplomat and what academic and personal skills are required.
In what is a particularly busy time for our Year 13s, they have been receiving offers from a range of prestigious universities in the UK. We are delighted that three of our students have received offers to study at Oxford and Cambridge Universities for this coming September – no small feat in these competitive times!
The Junior School Council have been considering ways of dealing with the issue of littering. In Friday's assembly they made a presentation to highlight the damage that can be done to our environment as a result of littering. They also had the idea to arrange an art competition to encourage children to recycle.

Ευχαριστούμε από την καρδιά μας τη μαθητική κοινότητα του Campion School για την πρωτοβουλία που ανέλαβε να στηρίξει το Πρόγραμμα ΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΗ. Χάρη στη δράση της μαθητικής κοινότητας του Campion School και το matching fund του ΙΣΝ εξασφαλίστηκαν 2400 υγιεινά γεύματα, τα οποία θα διατεθούν σε μαθητές δημοτικού σχολείου της Αθήνας καλύπτοντας τις ανάγκες σίτισης του σχολείου για έναν ολόκληρο μήνα.
Campion School student community supports the DIATROFI Programme of the Prolepsis Institute.
We would like to thank the student community of Campion School from the bottom of our heart for their initiative to support the DIATROFI Programme. Thanks to their actions and the matching fund of the Stavros Niarchos Institute (ISN), 2400 meals were secured and will be distributed to the pupils of an elementary school in Athens covering their nutritional needs for a whole month.
