What IB subjects did you take and what were your favourite ones?
I took Higher Level Maths, Biology and Chemistry, Standard level English, Greek and Economics.
My favourite subjects were Biology and English; Biology because I had a deep interest in human physiology (which is what I went on to study at university) and English because of my love for writing (and my even bigger love for Shakespeare!!!).
On Saturday, 3rd December Year 9 and 10 CampionKnights (the Campion Volunteers Club for Years 7-11) visited Kivotos tou Kosmou to make lucky charms for the New Year and holiday celebrations.
On Saturday 10th December, Campion School competed in the preliminary round of the EU Science Olympiad (Copenhagen, April 2017). The event was organised by the Greek Ministry of Education and consisted of experiments in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Vasiliki Gini, Laoura Karanikoli and Isabella Pentaris (Year 12) worked hard to prepare for the competition and hope to proceed on to the next and final round, which will pick out the two schools to represent Greece at the Olympiad. Good luck!
