2017/2018 School Year Fee Schedule

REGISTRATION: The registration charge is € 1,750.00. It is payable once only, immediately upon the acceptance of a new pupil by the school, and is non-refundable.

TUITION FEES: Annual tuition fees depend on Year, and include most books, stationery and other supplies. They do not include: uniform costs; external examination fees; IB books; the cost of overnight excursions or other charges unique to individual students. Tuition fees are payable in two instalments:

ELIGE LEVY: An annual government levy was payable in September for each pupil in Years 1-13 for the "ELIGE" fund (ΕΛΙΓΕ - Ειδικός Λογαριασμός Ιδιωτικής Γενικής Εκπαίδευσης/ Special Fund for Private General Education). The ELIGE levy has been abolished based on the new government law N. 4336/2015.

BUS FEES: The annual bus fee is € 2,000.00 per pupil, regardless of route or distance, and is payable in two equal instalments, due by September 1, 2018, and February 1, 2019.

MUSIC FEES: The annual for individual private instrumental music lessons outside the regular school curriculum, arranged by the Head of Music, is € 960.00 per pupil. This fee is payable in two equal instalments, due by September 1, 2018, and February 1, 2019.

PAYMENT OF FEES: Fees are payable as above, or proportionately (see over) upon registration if after September. A pre-payment discount of 2% will be applied if tuition fees for the 2018/2019 school year are paid in full by July 31, 2018. Fees in cash are not accepted. Fees may be paid at the school by cheque payable to "Campion School" or by direct deposit or transfer to the following school bank account:

Copies of deposit slips or transfer documents indicating pupils' names should be sent, e-mailed or faxed to the school. Transfer instructions should ensure that bank charges and commissions are borne by the remitter. The school can only acknowledge receipt of funds net of all bank charges.

Fees are payable in advance, by the beginning of September and February. Written application is required to settle fees on any other schedule. The school reserves the right to withhold reports, results, transcripts, diplomas and other documentation, and ultimately to exclude pupils, in the event that fees are not paid regularly or in accordance with alternative arrangements approved by the school in writing. GENERAL: The Board of Trustees seeks to operate the school effectively and efficiently to the highest standards for the benefit of all pupils. In doing so the Board necessarily reserves the right to increase all or any element of fees during the year.

TUITION FEE REDUCTIONS: A reduction of 20% of tuition fees is applied automatically to the fees of third and subsequent children from the same family attending the school. This reduction applies only to the fees of the third and subsequent siblings and only while all three or more are registered pupils at the school. No other automatic fee reductions are provided.

ENQUIRIES/SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS: Parents or guardians who are unable to meet the standard payment schedule, or who face other difficulties, should submit details and proposed alternative arrangements in writing to the "Fees Committee". Depending on budgetary and other considerations, limited financial assistance may be available for short term periods for families in temporary extreme financial difficulty. Any alternative payment schedules or other arrangements that may be approved are valid only for a particular year, and must be the subject of a separate application in writing for any subsequent school year.

MID-YEAR REGISTRATIONS: The full registration charge is payable for all newly registered pupils, regardless of start or leaving dates, and is not refundable. Tuition, bus, music and other fees for mid-year registrations (or for pupils who start and leave within a single school year) are pro-rated as follows:

MID-YEAR WITHDRAWALS: The school requires at least three months' notice in writing of the withdrawal of any student. Fees are payable if sufficient notice is not provided. While generally reflecting the schedule below, any pro-rated charges or refunds for mid-year withdrawals are also considered in the light of length of time at school, fee payment record, notice period provided, reasons for withdrawal and similar factors:

BUS SERVICE: Parents or guardians of pupils requiring the bus service should complete a bus request form and contact the Administration department (Tel: 2106071716 Fax: 2106071750 e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) providing as much notice as possible. The "one way" (morning or afternoon only) bus fee is 60% of the full fee. Collection and delivery stops and times for the bus service are based on manoeuvrability, traffic patterns, existing stops and minimal travel time for all students on buses. For practical reasons buses cannot provide a door-to-door service. For mid-year registrations bus fees are pro-rated. Notice of one month, or payment of fees in lieu, is required if use of the bus service is cancelled during the year.

MUSIC LESSONS: Parents or guardians wishing pupils to take individual instrumental lessons with visiting peripatetic music teachers should contact the Head of Music at the Senior School, and complete the relevant application form. All related arrangements between parents, pupils and instrument specialists are coordinated by the Senior School Head of Music.
