End-of-year letter

26 June 2020 Categories Junior

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We come to the end of a year that will inevitably end up in our children’s and, in turn, their children’s history books. If we look back to last September no one could have predicted the events that were to follow.

I am sure you will join with me in extending my thanks to all the Junior School teachers and assistants for their dedication, creativity and hard work throughout the year, especially during online learning. Their commitment and flexibility have enabled the children to continue to learn and enjoy their schooling.

I would like to wish the staff and children who are moving on to new pastures a safe and happy transition. To our Year 6 classes, in particular, we wish you all the best as you begin your secondary education.

As you all know we also say a very special goodbye to our Headmaster, Mr Atherton, who has been an integral part of Campion School’s history and who was the driving force behind establishing our current school here in Pallini. I wish him the very best in his retirement.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very healthy and relaxing summer from myself and all of the staff in the Junior School. I look forward to seeing you all back in school on 7th September, when we hope to return to a less eventful year!

Best wishes,

Judi Korakaki
