Year 11 IGCSE results

18 June 2020 Categories Senior

Dear Parents,

Although the June 2020 IGCSE exams were cancelled, students will be receiving a Statement of Results and a certificate.  This certificate will hold equal value to IGCSE certificates issued by CAIE in past years, when exams did take place.

Results will be released on Tuesday 11th August 2020. Students have been issued with a username and password allowing them to access their IGCSE results online. Cambridge International Examinations provide this service.

Once you have the results, any discussion about re-grading or resitting an exam in November and the associated fees, can wait until the first days back at school in September 2020. As a rule the school only supports resits for failing grades in English or Mathematics as these impact on University applications. Re-grading should only be considered if the grade achieved in a subject is significantly different to the one your child and your teacher expected.

Official certificates usually arrive late October and will be given to students upon receipt. If your child will not be returning to Campion to do the IB Diploma, please contact me so that arrangements can be made for obtaining their IGCSE Certificate. Use my school email address,

Have a nice summer.
