Dear Parents,

A Year 7 trip is being organised for the 3^rd, 4^th & 5^th of October 2023 to Delphi. We will be leaving Pallini on Tuesday at 9:30am by bus and arriving at Delphi where we will be staying at Arachova Inn (tel. +30 2267031353 – this number should only be used in an emergency).

The pupils will visit Gla, Orchomenos and the lower site of Delphi on Tuesday, the Delphi upper site and the Vagonetto Museum on Wednesday and Ossios Loukas Monastery on Thursday morning. We will arrive back at Campion around 15:00 in time for the normal school buses.

The cost of the trip is €180.00, which includes transport, insurance, hotel, evening meals, breakfast and a visit to the Vagonetto Museum. Your child will need to bring a snack and a packed lunch for Tuesday and about €30.00 to cover snack and lunch on Thursday. They are permitted to bring additional money for other expenses/treats/souvenirs, etc.

Your child should bring sensible walking shoes, sun protection and appropriate clothing for all weather conditions. A more detailed list will be given to pupils closer to the date.

Please read through the behaviour letter and sign the behaviour agreement slip and return to Ms Ly.
In addition, to ensure we are aware of any medical conditions, allergies and medication, please complete the medical letter and return to the nurse, Ms Konstantopoulou.

Payment should be made by direct deposit through Alpha Bank, or to Mrs Christofidou in the Administration Office by Monday 25^th September. Please do not send money in envelopes with the children.

For insurance purposes, it is essential that each pupil return the permission slip to their form teachers. If they do not return the slip, they cannot be included on the trip.
