End-of-Year Olympus Trek

On Saturday a group of Year 12s, and some Year 13s, started their three-day hike up Mount Olympus. They walked through lush forests, passing a river, rocky scenery and even snow, and stayed two nights at the Spilios Agapitos refuge. On Sunday they reached their destination: the second-highest peak of the mountain that stood at over 2900m. The pupils were led by Ms Angeli, Mr Psaromatis, Mr Yates and our guide Chrys, and many said they enjoyed it so much that they’d do it again next year!
